VNAA is happy to do a cost study for your agency. After your agency has completed the General Portfolio Participation Agreement (GPPA), contact Chuck for more information on your agency’s savings. Please be aware that due to issues surrounding price disclosure, VNAA must have the Participation Agreement signed in order to share the pricing with you. This process takes about ten business days.
Next Steps:
- Your agency will be activated into VNAA’s MVP program by the first or the 15th of the next month, depending on when your documentation was received.
- Record your Facility Number, a unique identifier MedAssets will use to ensure that your agency is connected with all of the savings VNAA MVP offers. The Facility Number will be emailed to you after your General Portfolio Participation Agreement is processed. You will need to share this number with your distributor(s) so that they can connect you with savings.
- Participate in a Webinar to go over the detailed prices and cost-savings that VNAA MVP can offer your agency.
- Contact the local distributor(s) you are currently using to let them know you are now a MedAssets member. They should be able to process your orders as normal but you can now take advantage of the discounted savings available as part of the VNAA’s MVP program.
- Access CDQuick, a searchable database with more than 1,000 contracts, 700,000 line items and 15 million price points, to understand the benefits of participating in MVP. CDQuick offers instant viewing of contract details, line item pricing, and Terms and Conditions. It also shows the facility’s price with or without distributor markups.
