The Corridor Group Holdings, LLC (Corridor) today, announced a partnership with The Visiting Nurse Associations of America (VNAA), the voice of nonprofit home health, hospice and community health service providers.
With this partnership, Corridor deepens its industry commitment by providing thought leadership and continuing engagement in key industry issues, supporting the VNAA in its continuing mission to advance quality, value and innovation in home-based care. As an industry leader for nearly 30 years, Corridor regularly provides knowledge, resources and expertise to help agencies be resilient through times of change and growth, and is committed to the kind of active, engaged industry advocacy and engagement that VNAA is well-known for.
As part of this partnership, Corridor is now a Gold Level Member that will actively participate in the VNAA’s key conferences, its Corporate Advisory and Policy Councils and its annual meeting. Sue Payne, VP of Clinical Services and Innovation for Corridor, will continue to provide advice and expertise in her role as a VNAA Board Member and as a member of the Governance Committee.
“We are excited to be partnering with the VNAA, a strong and passionate organization that advocates for home-based care providers and the populations they serve,” said Des Varady, Chief Executive Officer of Corridor. “We look forward to working with the VNAA as an important industry voice and unique, expert resource to its members.”
“Today the homecare industry faces considerable challenges; ongoing reimbursement pressures, continuing regulatory change, transition to value based purchasing, along with rising operational costs, said Tracey Moorhead, President and Chief Executive Officer of VNAA. The VNAA is looking forward to an expanded partnership with Corridor, the premier homecare industry service provider, that will deliver resources and a level of expertise to all of our affiliates to help them face the challenges of today. We look forward to their support and contributions.”
