The Visiting Nurse Associations of America (VNAA) is a national association that supports, promotes and advocates for community-based, nonprofit home health and hospice providers that care for all individuals regardless of complexity of condition or ability to pay. The VNAA offers many ways for you to provide others with the same compassionate quality care given to you or a loved one by a visiting nurse.
Your contribution to the VNAA will help provide community-based home healthcare and hospice agencies with educational opportunities, legislative backing, clinical tools and resources to enhance their overall home healthcare programs. By donating to VNAA, you are investing in VNAs to ensure that they are able to continue their significant work and to maintain their long tradition of providing quality care to all who need it.

Bequests or Legacy
Bequests (gifts given through wills or living trusts) are often the most realistic way for donors to provide a substantial contribution to the VNAA in the future. Gifts through your will or trust can be a particular item, dollar amount, or a residual percentage of your estate. Matching Gift Program
Your company may have an employee-matching gift program that will match your employees, dollar for dollar. Inform VNAA if you are interested in participating and be sure to make your participating employee's name on the donation form. Participate in the Matching Gift program now!
Stock Donations
VNAA accepts charitable donations of appreciated stock. If you've owned a corporate stock for at least 12 months, and give the stock to the VNAA, the IRS allows you to deduct its full market value without paying any tax on the long-term capital gain. Obviously, this benefits both you and the VNAA! You get an additional tax deduction and the VNAA gets a larger gift than if you had sold the stock, paid tax on the gain, and given the remainder to the VNAA.
